Orchard Properties is a real estate company with two vacation rental properties.  The properties are marketed as Lakeside on Lake Naomi and French Woods Farmhouse.  Each brand includes a booking website, which syncs with Airbnb and VRBO to maintain accurate booking calendars.  A consumer guidebook, branded products, social media, email marketing and collateral were produced to give each brand its unique identity and position the properties as ideal family vacation destinations.
